While the internet is a great place to begin researching retirement living options, visiting in person will give you a better understanding of the full span of lifestyle choices and service opportunities offered at The Towne House. The Towne House includes 143 apartments (more than a dozen different apartment styles), where residents live independently. Our community has both one and two bedroom apartments (all include living room and dining areas). Some larger apartments may include a den or a spacious sunroom. And yes, The Towne House even makes available carports for residents' cars.

If needed, licensed assisted living services may be provided to residents in the privacy of their apartment. The Towne House has licensed nursing care available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our onsite Medicare-certified health center offers short and long-term care for The Towne House residents, as well as to people from the surrounding community. The Towne House Health Center includes a new, very convenient rehabilitation area offering a full range of physical, speech, and occupational therapies (both inpatient and outpatient). Another attraction is our fitness center open to any staff member of The Towne House.

To earn this distinction, communities must demonstrate fiscal responsibility including evidence of future and long-term financial viability, a complete range of services including health care, and superior quality of lifestyle for its residents. While only seven Indiana communities currently hold this honor, The Towne House has been nationally accredited for over 10 years.
